Dance With Spokane! brings together community, creativity, and connection through dance.
Seven Spokane-area community leaders are paired with seven local professional dancers from Alegría Dance & Entertainment for an experience unlike anything they've done before. Together, they train, take on three virtual dance challenges, share their journeys with the community, and ultimately step onto the stage for the Dance With Spokane! Live Finale.
But Dance With Spokane! is about much more than who earns the highest score.
It's about bringing people together, celebrating the community we call home, and discovering what can happen when we're willing to step outside our comfort zones.
More Than a Dance Competition

Dance With Spokane! was created around a simple idea: use dance to bring together people who might otherwise never share the same stage.
Our community leaders come from different industries, organizations, backgrounds, and experiences. Our dancers bring their own personalities, perspectives, and artistic voices.
Pair them together, give them a challenge, and something pretty incredible can happen.
Throughout the season, you'll see much more than finished dance performances. You'll watch partnerships develop, personalities emerge, challenges get overcome, and community leaders experience an entirely different side of themselves.
Some will surprise you.
Some may surprise themselves.
And that's exactly the point.
