Jennifer Vigil and Arianna Lema both know how to command an audience—just in very different ways.
Jennifer brings decades of leadership, community service, healthcare advocacy, and even experience fronting a twelve-piece salsa orchestra. Ari brings 16 years of dance training alongside theatrical, festival, aerial, fire, and immersive performance experience.
Together, this partnership combines culture, performance, storytelling, and a willingness to make things interesting.

Born and raised in the Inland Northwest, Jennifer Vigil brings three decades of healthcare administration, operations, and executive leadership to her work addressing health disparities and strengthening communities.
Her service extends well beyond healthcare. Jennifer serves on the boards of YWCA Spokane and Innovia Foundation, chairs the board of Mujeres in Action, and is the business owner and lead singer of Son Dulce Live Salsa, a twelve-piece traditional salsa orchestra that has performed throughout the Northwest for more than 18 years.
Dance With Spokane! is a natural extension of Jennifer's love for culture, community, and connection—and another opportunity to use the stage in support of causes that make Spokane stronger.
Meet Arianna
Arianna Lema
Professional Dancer
Arianna has been dancing for 16 years, developing her foundation through competitive dance and theatrical productions throughout the Inland Northwest.
Her artistry has since expanded beyond traditional dance into electronic music festivals, where she combines movement, character work, fire spinning, and aerial performance to create immersive experiences.
As a member of Alegría Dance & Entertainment, Ari believes dance has the ability to transport audiences into another world—and she's bringing that imagination to Dance With Spokane!
