Jon Maroni brings an all-in personality to nearly everything he does. Heidi Reynolds has spent years performing, choreographing, teaching, and finding ways to bring out the best—and apparently the silliest—in the people around her.

Jon Maroni is Financial Engagement Manager for the Community Impact and Communications team at Numerica Credit Union, where his work combines financial education with community outreach.

A former Division III soccer player and youth pastor, Jon isn't exactly known for doing things halfway. His enthusiastic leadership earned him Numerica's 2025 MVP Award, the organization's highest employee honor.

Now he's trading fancy footwork on the soccer pitch for something a little different on the dance floor—and bringing his trademark enthusiasm along with him.

Heidi's history with movement began in both swimming and dance before she ultimately chose "feet over fins."

She captained a state-championship high school dance team, choreographed and led Dance Force at Eastern Washington University, built successful color guard and dance programs at Central Valley High School, and continued choreographing professionally.

Today, Heidi teaches barre at SoulBarre and performs with Alegría Dance & Entertainment. For Dance With Spokane!, she has another goal: bringing out Jon's silliness and making sure the audience has as much fun watching as they do performing.
