Tim Pham is used to being the person telling other people's stories. Dance With Spokane! puts him in the middle of one. An Emmy Award-winning journalist and one of the Inland Northwest's most recognizable television personalities, Tim is trading the newsroom for the rehearsal room and embracing an entirely unfamiliar challenge. Beside him is Mikaela Boyle, who will help turn that leap outside his comfort zone into three challenges—and eventually, one final performance.

Tim Pham is an Emmy Award-winning journalist and executive producer at KREM 2, where he has become one of the Inland Northwest's most trusted storytellers.

Beyond the newsroom, Tim is passionate about serving Spokane through local events, nonprofit organizations, mentorship, and volunteer opportunities.

Dance With Spokane! gives Tim the chance to bring that same fearlessness somewhere completely new. He's embracing the challenge as an opportunity to support the arts, celebrate community, and show that growth often begins by saying yes to something unfamiliar.

Meet Mikaela

Mikaela Boyle

Professional Dancer

Mikaela is a Spokane-based professional dancer, educator, and fitness instructor. She trained extensively through Gonzaga University's academic dance program while earning her degrees in Kinesiology and Physical Education and Teaching, and was also a member and captain of the Gonzaga Bomb Squad hip-hop dance team.

Today, Mikaela performs with Vytal Movement Dance Company and Alegría Dance & Entertainment while sharing her passion for movement as a Jazzercise instructor, elementary Fitness and Health teacher, and adjunct professor at Gonzaga University.

A passionate performer and educator, Mikaela loves creating connections through movement and inspiring others to experience the confidence, creativity, and community that dance can bring.
